Terms & ConditionsStock PricingAt Retropets we strive to provide the best pricing available to you the pet owner. In simple terms we will aim to consistently offer you better value than what you'll find shopping anywhere else. We ask for you to compare our pricing and products and if for whatever reason we don't meet your expectations we would love to hear your feedback. We are a small business and as such need to be able to pay both our suppliers and those that make Retropets function. With this in mind we will do our best to match pricing however sometimes we may just not be in a position to do so. AvailabilityDue to the unpredictable nature of supply and demand Retropets will where possible monitor on the quantities of specific products. In the event that a specific item is ordered and not available to you we will contact you directly and give you the option of either waiting for the stock, changing the order to a similar product or cancelling the item all together. To assist with your ordering process further we will endeavour to place an out of stock label where the price would normally be located. If this is the item you specifically require and a suitable replacement is not appropriate, then please feel free to communicate with us to find out when the stock is likely to arrive. DeliveryPlease allow up to 7 business days for delivery. This will ensure that your order is available and allow time for us to track stock down should we be out of stock. Retropets prides itself in prompt order delivery and will do everything in their power to ensure your items arrive without delay. In the event that stock is not available due to circumstances beyond our control you will have option to either cancel the order or simply have it placed on backorder. Once the goods have arrived you will advised and the order will proceed as normal. Delivery fees apply according to the Brisbane suburb that you reside in. These fees are subject to increase without notice in order to stay in line with current inflation. CancellationYou can cancel your order at anytime prior to the goods being processed. Once the goods have been processed and are waiting to be dispatched then you will no longer be able to cancel your order. Refunds & ReturnsIMPORTANT: The following criteria must be met before any consideration is given to a refund. We will not refund if you simply change your mind. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Retropets will be happy to treat each individual case on its merits and often goodwill will prevail, however the decision lies with the company and clear reasons will be given once a decision is made. If the reason for the return is due to damaged or faulty goods OR if the return was caused by our actions, then we will pay for return postage. You are then offered the following options.

In the event that Retropets agrees to an exchange or a refund you are required to return the goods in their original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition unless the item is deemed faulty. Along with this, the item must have all accessories included with the return package in order for the credit process to be undertaken. Missing or damaged items will not be accepted and the refund / credit will not take place.
